Carnie has been in the beauty industry for 5 years.
She loves interacting with people and making them feel comfortable and welcomed.
She is very passionate about skin care and massage! Carnie has worked with lots of different skincare products and she has a wealth of knowledge she would love to share with you!
Carnie has a gentle soft personality, is very caring but always loves having a laugh.

Holly has started her beauty career here at Loulous and has now been with us for 2 years.
Her favourite treatments are advanced facial treatments such as dermal needling and peels. She is a brow specialist and also loves nails.
She has a bright and bubbly personality, always having a giggle with her clients.

Kate Rannala
Senior Spa Therapist
Kate has been a qualified Beauty Therapist for 12 years and has worked in lots of different spas - including lost springs, Whitianga, Forme spa Christchurch and in Melbourne.
Kate's favourite treatments to perform are Massage and laser and she has a passion for skincare.
"Things I love at the moment are travel and red wine" - Kate is also part of a band that has started touring NZ & AUS and has a very adventurous lifestyle
Lucinda Veldsman
Senior Spa Therapist
Lucinda is an amazing Spa Therapist. She has worked in some of the top Spa's across South Africa before moving to NZ with her husband and son and has since welcomed a beautiful baby girl.
Lucinda is passionate about educating her clients on their skin health and making them look and feel beautiful as well as helping them switch off from the outside world. She has a beautiful, relaxing touch and always gives a 10/10 experience no matter what the treatment.

Since the Loulous Brand was created in 2009, we have gone from strength to strength and we have had some huge successes and wins. During this time, Loulous has flourished with the opening of the Luxurious Day Spa in 2017 to add to the Loulous experience of being able to deliver both Hair & Beauty services in one destination.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, mountain biking exploring NZ and travelling.

Day Spa Coordinator & Marketing
Kelly has been with Loulous for 3 years now as our Day Spa Coordinator. She makes sure that all of our client's are looked after when they visit and that all of our appointments run smoothly!
She is also the face behind our social media pages (Day Spa & Salon).
Kelly worked as a Hair Stylist for over 10 years and really enjoys being in and around the beauty industry.
